Supplied frozen and pre-portioned at 50g each, they allow bakeries and cafés to bake fresh cookies throughout the day with minimal labour and waste.

Simply thaw for approximately 2 hours at room temperature and bake for 9–11 minutes to produce fresh, warm cookies with a rich white chocolate flavour and homemade appearance.
