VACANCY: HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver

Role Overview:
Walker Humphrey are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Multi-drop Delivery Driver ideally with refrigeration experience to work for our well-established family owned and managed distribution company based near Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds. You will be working as part of a team where high-quality standards are implemented throughout the business. This is a permanent vacancy with opportunity to progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering to bakeries, butchers, farm shops in the North of England.
- Performing daily vehicle safety checks in line with current guidelines.
- Cross checking of products including temperature checks.
- Dealing with product returns.
The ideal candidate must hold a class 2 HGV license, Digi card and be CPC trained. They must have a flexible approach to work and be polite and professional promoting our business when dealing with customers. Ideally a background in working within the food industry would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Monday – Friday 5.30 am – 3.15 pm (45hours)
